Do you have to use the UV radiation light when getting your nails done?
I heard that the light is very bad and can cause skin cancer. Is it mandatory to use it in the process of getting your nails done?

No – of course not. All it does is help the nails dry faster. If you don’t use it though it will be easier for your expensive manicure to get ruined. How often are you getting your nails done? Really the exposure from these things isn’t very high. If you’re going every week, well that may be one thing. Try it once if you go that often though – see what happens. They won’t make you do something you don’t feel comfortable with.
